Generally, our fees range between $3,000 up to $7,000 or more for an extensive plan. It's our opinion that if you are looking for less expensive planning, you may as well read up and do it yourself because you'll get the same quality of planning online as you will with any lawyer charging fees that are less.
Our plans are focused on ensuring that your family has somewhere to turn when something happens to you, that your plan will actually work when you need it to and you have real security, not the false security that comes with a cheap set of estate planning documents.
We believe in personalized service for each and every client. Our approach is educational and proactive - we first determine your individual needs, desires and values, and then tailor your plan to best fulfill your goals.
We represent families throughout varying stages of life, including traditional two-parent families and single parents wishing to provide for and protect their children and themselves; unmarried couples looking to solidify their relationship and assets through proper planning; blended families negotiating the challenges of varying expectations; and family business owners seeking to protect and expand their companies.
We have systems set up to ensure that your plan continues to work throughout your lifetime, your assets are always owned in the right way and you are able to feel confident contacting us with any legal issue without ever worrying about receiving a bill in the mail for hourly fees. We keep all of our clients updated about changes in the law and issues that might affect your life.
We often serve the whole family and multiple generations of the same family. From free estate check-ups for you and your elderly parents, to basic planning documents for young adult children, become part of our client family and feel how much we care.
Note: We are licensed to serve clients in Texas & California.

If your business has a website, it should also have terms and conditions of use and a privacy policy. These rarely read agreements may not seem to do much, but if properly crafted, they can actually protect you from legal liability. The best terms and policies are different for each business.
